The beat goes on, SWB wins 11-0

Wrapping thing up here in Scranton, the SWB Yanks won tonight 11-0 to boost their record to a franchise history 9-0. They have never started better than 4-0 in 21 years.

Angel Berroa had 4 hits and 5 RBI, with 2 homers.

Phil Hughes, Steven Jackson, and Brett Tomko combined for an 8 hit shutout, the first of the year. Hughes was good tonight with a good mix of curves, sliders, and fastballs, but never topped 92 on the radar gun.

Tomorrow, the weak link, Kei “Iggie Pop” Igawa starts for SWB. Stay tuned!
